When “Rocket”, Louis Rochat, was wounded ad in the hospital, the hospital was mortared. A nurse covered Rocket with her own body because Rocket could not be moved to a bunker. Rocket said that was one of the best moments of his tour. When Rocket’s leg was finally amputated, he took the leg to a pet crematorium and had the leg cremated. H dumped the ashes on the grass above our Wall. A park police guy yelled, “Hey, You can’t do that!”

Rocke said, “Too late; I just did.”
