BMT East had a MACV-SOG unit there.  The AF flew insertions for us for a while.  21st SOS I think they were.

When I was over there, flying Dustoff from Bamh Meh Tuot, there was an AF base east of BMT called AF Bamh Me Tuot and they had a unit flying UH1N models as guns that flew out of there, had them assigned to cover us a few times on hot dustoffs which is a different story.
