[Vhfcn-l] The VA has had me on metformin for about 30 years now. I hate it, I blame it for lots of other health problems. I dont think you should be on any drug for that long. I took myself off and went to Mexico and got something different and it worked as lot better. Don't ask me what it was I don't remember.

My doctor took me off of metformin and put me on insulin pens.
