[Vhfcn-l] USAA subscriber account

Hi guys
I think there have been threads on getting the subscriber account money back from USAA.. I think some said just send a letter requesting it, etc.. I talked to a woman from USAA and she said I couldn't get it unless I gave up USAA as my insurance company... Any thoughts or actions recommended?
