[Vhfcn-l] Sneaky White

The Federal Government has ordered California to release many prisoners because it does not have proper facilities to hold them. Last I knew, Sneaky White was in Vacaville, but I lost track of him.I used to write to him from time to time. He is California’s very best prisoner and has established an education program for veteran prisoners. 

Maybe with this new order, they will finally let Sneaky out. If anybody knows anything further, I would appreciate knowing about it. 

For those who may not know the story, Sneaky White was a Loach pilot in I Corps. Has many decorations and came home. His daughter was raped, beaten and left for dead in a ditch. The perpetrator was later found dead. Sneaky was arrested and charged with the killing of the rapist. He was convicted because he had motive and opportunity. The judge sentenced him to life because “combat veterans are violent people”. Sneaky is coming up on a half century in prison. His wife and two daughters have stood by him all these years.
