Hello Everyone,

I’ve been working on Sneaky’s case for many years now. It’s been a frustrating experience. However, we are closer than ever before. Last year, we had the most success. We were able to attend one of Sneaky’s hearings. There were 12 of us who testified on Sneaky’s behalf. From that experience, the Board of Prison Hearings decided to recommend to California’s Governor Brown for commutation of Sneaky’s sentence. The law is complicated and Sneaky’s case had to be sent to the California Supreme Court. The court agreed and returned their decision to the Governor who commuted his sentence. What does this mean? The Life without Possibility of Parole was commuted giving Sneaky the ability to parole. In August, Sneaky will be attending his Parole hearing. We found him an excellent Attorney to prepare Sneaky and we hope that all will go well.

Sneaky has a lot of support. I’ve been speaking with him on a regular basis. Others, go and visit him, while others write to him. If you wish to write to him, here is his contact information. Please keep in mind that he is still in prison. Limit your opinions regarding the prison system. If you have any questions on what is acceptable, please ask.
