I would recommend this link to you and any others that have an 
interest in the Pharmacy we live in: The People's Pharmacy 
<newsletter at peoplespharmacy.com>.  If nothing else it is interesting 
.  I have been subscribed to them for many years.  Yes I have bars of 
soap under my bottom bed sheet. It mostly works as my leg cramps 
dropped back to 1 every once and awhile.  I was having them 3-4 times 
a week.  If it had not worked I at least had a bar of soap for my  shower.
