[Vhfcn-l] email delays

My emails go to Earthlink/Mindspring where they
sit until I download them to my email program on
my Laptop. At home my internet service is
provided by Spectrum which has Comcast attached
to it somehow. Within the home we have a dual
wifi and we have all the computers in this house
on 5G.Normal wifi speeds are really down low. I
noted that when all the schools closed the 5G had
period of times thru the day lower speeds than
the lower speed we use to have had. So I blame
that not only on the Teachers and Kids working
from home. But I have to be fair...more people
are working from home. The speed is up to 120
awhile ago. But as I type this it is lunch time.
People and kids are stuffing their faces so not
working...Maybe. As an aside I use the free
PCmatick to check our speed. I could use Spectrum
speed checker but I tend to not trust them. I
receive emails that have the same date as the day
I receive it here in Corpus Christi,TX. That is my take on this.

I hope all of you are safe and your families the
same. We are good down here. Folks in our small
housing area are out and about walking the dogs
or riding bikes with the whole family
participating. I sit out in front of the garage
and me and passersby chat with them staying on
the sidewalk and me at the garage door. Have
several Navy instructor pilots here and while it
was going on had some interesting conversations
about the ex-Secy of the Navy.To a man they did
not like what he did and one guy said,"What can
you expect from a fling wing Man?" I told him to
watch his mouth. You know my background and you
can't hover your Airplane. We are still friends.
None of them knew him when he might have been on
active duty. To me it was obvious that he was
taking care of the troops by the way they reacted as he left his boat.

All of you take care. Last I read not long ago
Bell Helicopter Is still open and working except
for those who can stay at home and work. Those
would be the many employees who do not build
anything but by their own deeds keep things running.
