[Vhfcn-l] Helicopter crash on 26 Jan in California

I was wondering when someone,Roger, said 
something about a possible mechanical problem.  I 
am not familiar with Sikorsky aircraft except for 
their CH34's flying in V Corps in Europe, But 
where does smoke come from in any helicopter?  A 
lot of things can cause white smoke.  FAA has 
people on the scene.  You can be sure that 
Sikorsky has a large presence on the scene.  Wait 
and see is my view. I crash site looks very difficult to make a determination.
