[Vhfcn-l] Contact info for RVN Vets from Australia???

I have a request from a gentleman in Australia asking for contact info in this country for a General Officer of the Vietnam military who served in the war.  The purpose of this is to acquire recommendations for Australian service members who served in Vietnam, to obtain recognition of their service by the Australian government.
